What is a blind box? A blind box is a sealed collectible figure where the contents are a surprise — you won't know which figure you've received until you open it! It's all part of the fun. Please note that opened blind boxes cannot be returned.

Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the UK only. We're looking to expand internationally in the future — watch this space! 🌍

How long will my order take? Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. We also offer express delivery at checkout if you need it sooner.

Which carriers do you use? We ship exclusively with Royal Mail and Yodel — two carriers we trust to get your order to you safely and on time.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification by email. Use the tracking number provided to follow your order's journey.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders over £25. For orders under £25, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc.) as well as PayPal. Please note we do not accept American Express.

Can I return an opened blind box or figure? Unfortunately not — due to the nature of collectible products, we're unable to accept returns on opened blind boxes or figures. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at manabound.store@gmail.com as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we'll put it right. 💌

I haven't received my order — what should I do? First, check your tracking information using the link in your dispatch email. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at manabound.store@gmail.com and we'll investigate straight away.
