We want you to love every purchase from Manabound. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at manabound.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Sealed and in their original, unopened condition
- In original packaging with no signs of damage or tampering
Please note: we are unable to accept returns on opened blind boxes or figures. This is due to the nature of collectible products where the contents are revealed upon opening.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at manabound.store@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at manabound.store@gmail.com with photos and we'll put it right as quickly as possible. 💌
EU Customers
EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same conditions above.
