Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail and Yodel — carriers we trust to get your collectibles to you safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We want you to love every purchase from Manabound. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

How to return

Contact us at manabound.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Condition of returns

Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging with no signs of damage or tampering. Due to the nature of collectibles, we are unable to accept returns on opened blind boxes or figures.

Return postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at manabound.store@gmail.com with photos and we'll put it right as quickly as possible.

EU customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same conditions above.
